Payments:  $100 per person deposit to hold space and fully refundable until July 1.  After July 1, NO REFUNDS! 50% is due by August 1st. Full payment is due by October 1st.

Cancellations: Cancellations before July 1, 2018 are fully refundable.  After July 1, there are NO REFUNDS!  Cancellations must be in writing.

Note:  This is not a chaperoned trip.  You must ski with your children or arrange proper care or instruction.  Ski school and/or day care may be available through the Innsbruck ski school.

• Lift passes.  Approx $300 for 5 day pass

• Transportation to Logan airport

• Any fees set forth by airlines, such as baggage fees, etc

• Any meals, activities not listed

• Travel Insurance

 

Important Things to Know:

• Airline fuel prices, airline taxes are subject to change.  Any increase in these fees may be passed on to your price.

• Exchange rate IS locked in. Price will not change based on exchange rate.

• Passports are required and we will need to get a copy of everybody's.

• Travel Insurance is not included and HIGHLY recommended!  (If you get hurt/sick and miss trip, if weather postpones or cancels flights/trip, or any other issue travel insurance may protect your investment).

• We are subject to airline polices regarding flights/postponements/cancellations and are at their mercy (get travel insurance!)

• We are subject to airline baggage policies.  Currently, on Lufthansa, you are allowed one carry-on and one checked bag free of charge.  A 2nd bag....skis/snowboard.....is $150 each way.  You may use a double ski bag/case and bring two sets for the price of one.  Or, you may find it easier, and cheaper to rent upon arrival.
